A: Please be as detailed as possible when sending your designs. We prefer Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) files, but will also accept Adobe Illustrator, JPEGs, and others. If you are using Photoshop files, please remember to include the fonts that are used.
One .zip file with everything contained in it is preferred. Also, if you can name that .zip file the same name as the "Project Title" on the form you fill out, that would be best. Basically, just try to make our job as easy as possible so we can get you the best finished product possible.
A: We have a lot of experience chopping up designs and turning them into validated XHTML. It's not always rocket science, but most designers we know prefer to DESIGN and not chop up HTML. Plus, we're quick, relatively cheap and allow you to focus on what you're good at.
A: We prefer you send us a text file with instructions. Be as detailed as you can, referencing specific file names, so we can make sure we're cutting things the way you want them.
If we have any doubts about your instructions we'll either email or call you to make sure we're doing things right.
A: You will receive an email when your files are ready to pick up. Everything that you need (graphics, html, css files) will be included in a .zip file that we'll provide a download link for.
Once you take a look, if things are not exactly how you want them, please contact us and we'll make a round of revisions on the house.
A: All our choppees work and live in the United States. These are developers that we've grown to trust over the last several years of designing and developing sites ourselves. They've agreed to do work at a rate that fits our pricing schedule and we know we can trust them because they've been doing reliable work for us for years now (and we know where they live).
